Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk perkuburan komuniti Bahai Negeri Sembilan dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Seremban hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a Bahai community of Negeri Sembilan burial ground and designates that the President of Municipal Council of Seremban shall have control of the reserved land.
