Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk rizab jalan masuk utama Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Pertanian Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for the main entrance road reserve of Taman

Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan and the Director of the Agriculture Departments of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
