Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 596 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 11 September 2003, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Masjid dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah

Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan:

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan

Gazette on 11 September 2003, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Mosque and designates that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs Department,

Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the whole part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

And whereas, notice of proposal of State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 111 on 27 February 2020:

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received:

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code, the State Authority revoke the whole part of the aforesaid reservation.

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 757 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 13 Oktober 2011, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan padanya oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965,

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang terletak di Bandar Seremban 3, Daerah Seremban, seperti yang diperihalkan dalam

Jadual dan ditandakan di atas Pelan Akui No. P.A. 74277 yang disimpan di

Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Negeri Sembilan menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud awam iaitu tapak Surau dan telah menetapkan Pengarah Jabatan

Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan;

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan No.

344 pada 20 Jun 2019;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu.

of the National Land Code 1965, the state Authority had proclaimed that the land being in Bandar Seremban 3, District of Seremban, describe the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan No. C.P. 74277 which is deposited in the

Office of the Director of Surveys and Mapping Negeri Sembilan and to be reserve for a public purpose, that is a site for a Surau and designated that the Director of Islamic Religious Affairs Department of Negeri Sembilan have control of that reserved land.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that a whole part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked;

And whereas, notice of proposal of State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 344 on 20 June 2019;

Berkuasa Negeri telah mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang terletak di Mukim

Lenggeng, Daerah Seremban, seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas Pelan No. 1108 yang disimpan di Pejabat Penguasa Ukur

Hasil Seremban menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud awam iaitu tapak Balai Polis dan telah menetapkan Penolong Pesuruhjaya Polis Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan;

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan

No. 343 pada 20 Jun 2019;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan Pihak

Goverment Gazette on 24 March 1911, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Land Code 1903, and the state Authority had proclaimed that the land being in Mukim Lenggeng, District of Seremban, describe the schedule and delineated upon Plan No. 1108 which is deposited in the Superintendent

Officer of Revenue Surveys Seremban to be reserve for a public purpose, that is, a Police Station and designated that the Assistant Commissioner of Police

Negeri Sembilan have control of that reserved land.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that a whole part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked;

And whereas, notice of proposal of State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 343 on 20 June 2019;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code 1965, the State Authority revoke the whole part of the aforesaid reservation.

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 184 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 15 Februari 2007, pada menjalankan kuasa kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 62(1) di dalam Kanun Tanah Negara 1965,

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu kawasan lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha

Kerajaan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tahah rizab tersebut.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya sebahagian perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan:

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri memberikan notis di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun itu mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban itu dan bahawa mana-mana orang yang berhasrat membantah terhadap pembatalan itu akan didengar oleh Pengarah Tanah dan

Galian, Negeri Sembilan dalam suatu siasatan yang akan diadakan di Pejabat

Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Negeri Sembilan, Bilik Bincang, Tingkat 4, Blok A,

Wisma Negeri, Seremban, pada bila-bila masa waktu pejabat dalam tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta.

Gazette on 15 February 2007, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)

of the National Land Code 1965, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for open space and designates that the State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the half part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority gives notice under subsection 64(2)

of the said Code of the proposal to revoke the whole part of the aforesaid reservation and that any person who desires to object against such revocation will be heard by the Director of Land and Mines, Negeri Sembilan at an enquiry to be held at the Office of the Director of Land and Mines, Negeri

Sembilan, Discussion Room, 4 Floor, Block A, Wisma Negeri, Seremban at any time during office hours within 30 days from the date publication of this notification in the Gazette.
