Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu untuk tapak rizab Kompleks Mini Stadium dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut dan diselenggara oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Tampin.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a reserves of Stadium Mini Complex and designates that the State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land and maintained by the President of Tampin District Council.
