Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu bagi tujuan Pembangunan Akan Datang dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Kuala Pilah hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a Future Court Site and designated that the

District Officer of Kuala Pilah shall have control of the reserved land.
