Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak Tanah Perkuburan Islam Bersepadu dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code 1965, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for Integrated Islamic Cemetery and designated that the Director of Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religious Affairs Department shall have control of the reserved land.
