Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak sistem perkhidmatan pembetungan di Taman Wisma Sentosa dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, the site for a sewerage system and services at Taman

Wisma Sentosa and designates that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
