In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for open space and designated that the State

Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

PEMBATALAN SEBAHAGIAN PERIZABAN TANAH

[Subsection 64(1)]

REVOCATION OF PART OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 472 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 1 September 2011, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965, Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu bagi rizab tapak Masjid dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal

Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri supaya sebahagian perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan;

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu itu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan

No. 673 pada 19 Julai 2012;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan sebahagian perizaban yang terdahulu.

Whereas, by Notification No. 472 published in the Negeri Sembilan Government

Gazette on 1 September 2011, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a reserve for Mosque and designates that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs Department of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that a part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

And whereas, notice of the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 673 on 19 July 2012:

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received:

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes that a part of the aforesaid reservation.
