Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 78956 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan sebagai Kawasan Perizaban Melayu.

Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the State Authority, declares that land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan No.

C.P. 78956 and deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping,

Negeri Sembilan, to be a Malay Reservation Area.
