Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak balai raya dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Jempol hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

District Officer of Jempol shall have control of the reserved land.
