Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak Perkuburan Islam di Kampung Bukit Tempurung dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is for Muslim Burial Ground at Kampung Bukit

Tempurung and designates that the Director of Islamic Religious Affairs of

Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

District—Kuala Pilah. Mukim—Sri Menanti. Certified Plan No.—C.P. 803767.

Lot No.—20038. Area—0.7898 hectare (7898 square metres).
