Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk tujuan Lebuhraya Pekan Bukit Kepayang dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Seremban hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for the Pekan Bukit Kepayang Highway and designate that the Seremban District Officer shall have control of the reserved land.
