In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for the Seremban to Port Dickson Highway and designates that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
