Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak Balairaya di Kampung Pulau dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Kuala Pilah hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Community Hall at Kampung Pulau and designated that the District Officer of Kuala Pilah shall have control of the reserved land.
