Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk Masjid dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

Islamic Religious Affairs Department of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
