Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for Burial Ground/Hindu Temple and designated that the State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan or representative appointed by the

State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

[Subsection 64(1)]

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 542 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 5 Julai 1990, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang terletak diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas Pelan No. 6645 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Negeri Sembilan, menjadi satu rizab bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk rizab haiwan dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Perkhidmatan

Haiwan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya sebahagian perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan:

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri sebagaimana yang disebut terdahulu itu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan

Negeri Sembilan No. 236 pada 16 Julai 2020:

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu:

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu.

Whereas, by Notification No. 542 published in the Negeri Sembilan

Government Gazette on 5 July 1990, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code 1965, the State Authority had proclaimed that the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Plan

No. 6645 which is deposited in the Office of the Director of Surveys and

Mapping Negeri Sembilan, to be a reserve for public purpose that is a site for veterinary reserve and designates that, the Director of Veterinary, Negeri

Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the whole part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

And whereas, notice of the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 236 on 16

July 2020:

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority was aforesaid received:

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code 1965, the State Authority revokes the whole part of the aforesaid reservation.

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 96 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 31 Januari 1991, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan padanya oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri telah mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan Jadual dan ditandakan di atas Pelan Warta No. P.W. 868 yang disimpan di Pejabat

Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Negeri Sembilan menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud awam iaitu tapak Setor Jabatan Bekalan Air di bawah jagaan Pengarah Jabatan

Bekalan Air Negeri Sembilan.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan;

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan No.

260 pada 30 Julai 2020;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu.

of the National Land Code, the State Authority had proclaims that the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Gazette Plan No. G.P. 868, which is deposited in the Office of Director of Survey and Mapping Negeri

Sembilan to be a reserve for a public purpose, that is a site for Waterworks

Department Store to be maintained by the Director of Waterworks Department

Negeri Sembilan.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the whole part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked;

And whereas, notice of proposal of State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 260 on 30 July 2020;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code 1965, the State Authority revoke the whole part of the aforesaid reservation.

REVOCATION OF PART OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 223 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 22 Jun 2006, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan padanya oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri telah mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam

Jadual dan ditandakan di atas Pelan Akui No. P.A. 71685 yang disimpan di

Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Balai Raya dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Jempol hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya sebahagian perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan:

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan No. 295 pada 13 Ogos 2020:

Gazette on 22 June 2006, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority had proclaimed that the land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon revenue survey plan No. C.P. 71685 which is deposited in the Office of Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan to be a reserve for a public purpose, that is, a site for Balai Raya and designates that the District Officer of Jempol shall have control of the reserved land.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that a part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

And whereas, notice of proposal of State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 295 on 13 August 2020:

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received:

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes that a part of the aforesaid reservation.

PEMBETULAN

CORRIGENDUM

Jadual kepada Pemberitahuan Warta No. 436 yang disiarkan pada 8 Oktober 2020 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “meter persegi” yang terdapat pada ruang “Keluasan” dengan perkataan “hektar”.

Schedule to Gazette Notification No. 436 published on 8 October 2020 is amended by replacing the word “square metre” in the “Area” with the word

“hectare”.
