In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is for a Mosque of Amar Penghulu and designates that the Director of Islamic Religious Affairs Department of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 535 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 8 Oktober 1964, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah, Raja dalam

Perlembagaan telah mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang terletak di Mukim

Pilah, Daerah Kuala Pilah, seperti dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas Pelan

No. 18655 yang disimpan di Pejabat Ketua Ukur Negeri Sembilan, menjadi suatu rizab iaitu bagi maksud iaitu Rizab Sekolah dan diselenggarakan oleh

Ketua Pegawai Pelajaran Negeri Sembilan.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bahawa keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan:

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan No.

150 pada 28 Februari 2013:

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu:

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu.

Whereas, by Notification No. 535 published in the Negeri Sembilan Government

Gazette on 8 October 1964, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(i) of the Land Code, the Rulers in Council had proclaimed that the land in the Mukim of Pilah, District of Kuala Pilah, described in the Schedule and delineated upon Plan No. 18655 which is deposited in the Office of Chief

Surveyor, Negeri Sembilan to be a reserve for a public purpose, that is a site for Educational Reserve and to be maintained by the Chief Education Officer,

Negeri Sembilan.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the whole of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

And whereas, notice of the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 150 on 28 February 2013:

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received:

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation.
