Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk perniagaan dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Rembau hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

President of Rembau District Council shall have control of the reserved land.
