In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for additional cemetery of Muslim burial ground and designated that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs Department of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of that reserved land.
