Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu kawasan dan untuk kemajuan akan datang menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Port Dickson hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is for the future progress sites and designated that the

District Officer of Port Dickson shall have control of the reserved land.
