Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk dewan orang ramai dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua, Majlis Perbandaran Nilai hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
