Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak Perlupusan Sampah Landskap dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Rembau hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Landscape Disposal Waste and designated that the District Officer of Rembau shall have control of the reserved land.
