Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu Rizab Orang Asli Kampung Sungai Cherbang dan menetapkan bahawa Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for Aboriginal Land Reserves at Sungai Cherbang

Village and designated that the Department of Orang Asli Development of

Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
