Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk JJP Pump Station dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan diselenggara oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan dan Pembetungan.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a

JJP Pump Station and designates that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and maintained by Department Service and

Sewerage.
