- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 745 yang disiarkan pada 26 Mac 1915, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 1 ekar 17.2 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 41, Seksyen 11, terletak di Bandar Bentong, Daerah Raub, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 1,157 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak ‘Public Recreation and Instruction’. - Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 745 published on 26 March 1915, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 1 acre 17.2 poles known as Lot No. 41, Section No. 11, situated in Bentong Town, District of Raub, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 1,157 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a site for a Public Recreation and Instruction; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on 28 March 2002 as Gazette Notification No. 327; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proprosal; [3hb Jun 2004 550 Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
