Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang telah merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 2975 yang terletak di Seksyen 2, Bandar Jelutong, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang, seluas 447 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui No. P.A. 86473, bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Penang has reserved the land being Lot No. 2975 situated in Section 2, Bandar Jelutong, District of Timur Laut, Penang, having an area of 447 square metre and delineated upon certified plan No. P.A. 86473, for public purpose, to wit, a site for open area and has designated that the State Secretary of Penang shall have control of the reserved land.
