Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang telah merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 10085 yang terletak di Mukim 6, Daerah Barat Daya, Pulau Pinang, seluas 720 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui No. P.A. 105655, bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu. 434 [23hb April 2015 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PULAU PINANG

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Penang has reserved the land being Lot No. 10085 situated in Mukim 6, District of Barat Daya, Penang, having an area of 720 square metre and delineated upon certified plan No. P.A. 105655, for public purpose, to wit, a site for open area and has designated that the State Secretary of Penang shall have control of the reserved land.
