Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang telah merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 3960 yang terletak di Mukim 12, Daerah Barat Daya, Pulau Pinang, seluas 949 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui No. P.A. 07-014573, bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Penang has reserved the land being Lot No. 3960 situated in Mukim 12, District of Barat Daya, Penang, having an area of 949 square metre and delineated upon certified plan No. P.A. 07-014573, for public purpose, to wit, a site for sewerage system and services and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
