- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 1021 yang terletak di Seksyen 1, Bandar Jelutong, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang, seluas 678 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui, No. P.A. 83787, bagi maksud Awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu. 236 [9hb Mei 2013 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PULAU PINANG

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Penang has reserves the land being Lot No. 1021 situated in Section 1, City of Jelutong, District of Timur Laut, Penang, having an area of 678 square metre and delienated upon certified plan, No. P.A. 83787, for public purpose, to wit, a site for open area and has designated that the State of Penang shall have control of that reserved land.
