- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu 279 11hb Mei 2017] WARTA KERAJAAN negeri PULAU PINANG suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang.
