Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang/kolam tadahan kering dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai. 615 10hb Mei 2018] WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PULAU PINANG

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Penang has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for open area/ dry detention pond and has designated that the State Secretary of Penang shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Municipal Council of Province Wellesley.
