Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Penang has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for sewerage system and services and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Director General of Sewerage Services Department. jadual/schedule Mukim/Township—Seksyen 4, Bandar Georgetown. Daerah/District—Timur Laut. No. Lot/Lot No.—1533. No. Pelan Akui/Certified Plan No.—C.P.
