Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority of Penang reserve the lands described in the Schedule for public purposes, to wit, a site for open area and has designated that the State Secretary of Penang shall have control of that reserved lands.
