Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 5767 yang terletak di Mukim 11, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang, seluas 1483 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui, No. P.A. 13476, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority of Penang reserves the land being Lot No. 5767 situated in Mukim 11, District of Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang, having an area of 1483 square metre and delineated upon certified plan, No. P.A. 13476, for public purpose, to wit, a site for sewerage system and services and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of that reserved land.
