- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 5291 yang terletak di Mukim 8, Daerah Seberang Perai Utara, Pulau Pinang, seluas 914 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui, No. P.A. 42940, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority of Penang reserves the land being Lot No. 5291 situated in Mukim 8, District of Seberang Perai Utara, Penang, having an area of 914 square metre and delineated upon certified plan, No. P.A. 42940, for public purpose, to wit, a site for sewerage system and services and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of that reserved land.
