Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 10946 yang terletak di Mukim 13, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang, seluas 693 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui, No. P.A. 81542, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority of Penang reserves the land being Lot No. 10946 situated in Mukim 13, District of Timur Laut, Penang, having an area of 693 square metre and delineated upon certified plan, No. P.A. 81542, for public purpose, to wit, a site for sewerage system and services and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of that reserved land.
