- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 6019 yang terletak di Mukim 14, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang, seluas 2,516 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui, No. P.A. 21141, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu. 854 [19hb Dis. 2013 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PULAU PINANG

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority of Penang reserves the land being Lot No. 6019 situated in Mukim 14, District of Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang, having an area of 2,516 square metre and delineated upon certified plan, No. P.A. 21141, for public purpose, to wit, a site for open area and has designated that the State Secretary of Penang shall have control of that reserved land.
