Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Pulau Pinang merizabkan tanah iaitu No. Lot 11094 yang terletak di Mukim 13, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang, seluas 1047 meter persegi dan ditandakan di atas pelan akui, No. P.A. 81353, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority of Penang reserves the land being Lot No. 11094 situated in Mukim 13, District of Timur Laut, Penang, having an area of 1047 square metre and delineated upon certified plan, No. P.A. 81353, for public purpose, to wit, a site for open area and has designated that the State Secretary of Penang shall have control of that reserved land.
