In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Penang has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for sewerage and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Director General of Sewerage Services Department.
