Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 8,179 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 15413, Mukim Langgar, Daerah Pekan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 291744, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Mahkamah Syariah Daerah Pekan, di Peramu, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Pekan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 828], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 8,179 square metres, known as Lot 15413, Mukim of Langgar, District of Pekan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 291744, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for Syariah Court of Pekan District, at Peramu, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the District Officer of Pekan.
