Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 18,007 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 15266, Mukim Gua, Daerah Lipis yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 283733, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Dewan Sekolah Menengah Agama Al-Maidah Addiniah Padang Tengku, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 828], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 18,007 square metres, known as Lot 15266, Mukim of Gua, District of Lipis as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 283733, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for the Hall Site of Sekolah Menengah Agama Al-Maidah Addiniah Padang Tengku, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Director of Pahang Islamic Religious Department.
