Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 36.19 hektar, Mukim Penor, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 5331, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan (TKPM), di Kampung Permatang Lawang, di bawah kawalan Pengarah Pertanian Negeri Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 828], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 36.19 hectares, Mukim of Penor, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 5331, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for a Sustainable Food Production Park, at Kampung Permatang Lawang, to be under the control of the Pahang State Director of Agriculture.
