Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 133.5 hektar, Mukim Bebar, Daerah Rompin yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 5486, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Padang Golf dan Pembangunan Masa Hadapan, di Pinggir Pelangi Muadzam Shah, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Rompin.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 828], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 133.5 hectares, Mukim of Bebar, District of Rompin as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 5486, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for the Golf Course and Future Development, at Pinggir Pelangi Muadzam Shah, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Rompin District Officer.
