Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 1044 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 29865, Mukim Pedah, Daerah Jerantut yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 277920, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai Tapak Kawasan Lapang, di Taman Kelisa Emas, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Jerantut. Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 1044 square metres, known as Lot 29865, Mukim of Pedah, District of Jerantut, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 277920, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose, to wit a site for Open Area, at Taman Kelisa Emas, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Jerantut District Council.
