Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 4051 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 18068, di Desa Murni, Mukim Kerdau, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 280467 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai Tapak Sekolah Agama Rakyat (KAFA) di Desa Murni Kerdau, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 4051 square metres, known as Lot 18068, at Desa Murni, Mukim of Kerdau, District of Temerloh, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 280467 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Sekolah Agama Rakyat (KAFA) at desa Murni Kerdau, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Director of Pahang Islamic Religious Department.
