Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 556 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 1042 Seksyen 10, Bandar Mentakab, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 136212 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai Tapak Kemudahan Awam (Kawasan Lapang) di Taman Sempalit Indah, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 556 square metres, known as Lot 1042 Section 10, Bandar Mentakab, District of Temerloh, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 136212 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for the Public Facilities (Open Area) at Taman Sempalit Indah, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Temerloh Municipal Council.
