- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 523.13 hektar dalam Mukim Batu Talam, Daerah Raub, yang ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur No. PW. 3776 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu dan dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Padang Kelar.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 523.13 hectares in the Mukim of Batu Talam, District of Raub, as delineated and shown upon Survey Plan No. PW 3776 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Padang Kelar Malay Reservation.
