Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 1861 published on 10 March 1933, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection 24(i) of the Land Enactment 1926 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 3 acres 1 rood 35 poles known as Lot No. 1381 situated at
Batu 6, Jalan Utama Pahang, Mukim of Penjom, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 11,664 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, of a playground for the Malay school, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang;
And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code
[Act 56 of 1965], was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on 29 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 611;
And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State
Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal;
Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State
Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
