- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 10.62 hektar (26.24 ekar) di Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilukis dan ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 3389 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kuala Kuantan menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No: 4944 yang disiarkan pada 7 Oktober 1921 dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 10.62 hectares (26.24 acres) Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, as delineated and shown upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3389 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming part of the Kuala Kuantan Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No: 4944 published on the 7 October 1921 be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
