Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 0.671 hektar (1.658 ekar), Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur Pahang No. P.W. 3703 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Paya Besar menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 654 yang disiarkan pada 3 Februari 1939 dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reser-vations Enactment, the State Authority declares the land measuring an area of 0.671 hectare (1.658 acres) in the Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, as shown upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3703 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming part of the Paya Besar Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay State Government Gazette No. 654 published on the 3 February 1939 be revoked from forming parts of the said Malay Reservation.
